SEAD Rugby Development Camp
Course Will cover:
- Injury Prevention
- movement patterns and training for better muscle activation
- Training for optimal performance
* New Skill development (power/proprioception/core gains)
* Strength development
* Power and speed development
* Improved range of movement

and strength in that range
- Eating for performance success - Nutrition/diet
- Having a HEALTHY body composition
* Not necessarily shredded, but Healthy and looking/feeling good
- Rest for optimal performance
- Some Rugby development work with myself and Scoot
