Performance Development Camp running in association with SEAD (South East Athlete Development).
Attendees will develop an understanding of:
- movement patterns for injury prevention (including running technique)
- programming to develop speed, strength, power and performance
- nutrition and how to eat
to optimise performance (included with a blueprint shopping list and some helpful hints for success + rationale)
Cost: $100 per attendee.
