July - This month we'll focus on tea! We can make tea for all occasions, from medicinal teas to target specific ailments, to teas for taste, relaxation, or just to provide additional minerals and nutrients in our diet. We focus on what we can harvest for this purpose and end the class with a sample of
tea we make from our harvest. Each class is two hours in duration. Beginners and experienced foragers are welcome. Be prepared to walk, often at times on muddy or uneven surfaces. Dress for the weather and season! We meet at the pole barn.
