For Jesse’s Sake

Hi Everyone!

I’m sure for some of you this is the first you’re hearing of this, our apologies. Jesse, our brother, suffered a stroke on Christmas Day affecting his right side. This happened so abruptly and left us with many fears and uncertainties. For Jesse’s sake, we wanted to keep it private

since we didn’t know what the outcome might be. From the start, it affected his ability to speak, walk, and the use of his right hand. He spent a few days in the hospital and a few weeks with family to care for him since he was not completely able to care for himself.

Since then, Jesse has regained use of his right side and is now living on his own. However, it affected his ability to communicate. Jesse is an extremely independent and proud person who loves to cook, spending time with his dog Brasco, listening to music (especially Texano), and to socialize! This stroke affected most of these favs for him. His inability to communicate put a huge wedge between him and his job. Jesse is a talented real estate agent who just this past year won Real Estate Agent of the Year at his job at Amerimax. The speech impairment , is and has been a big issue for him with trying to continue working on all the projects on his pipeline.

With Jesse being an independent contractor, he doesn’t have medical insurance for himself. This has been the biggest challenge and concern. He had the hospital stay, several MRIs, a variety of CT Scans, continuous lab work, visits with a neurologist , and most of all, ongoing speech therapy. These are medical expenses that have piled up and will continue to pile up for him. Needless to say, because he’s not working, this is putting a major financial strain on him.

Jesse works with many talented real estate agents and lawyers. These caring and genuine friends have graciously and generously offered to organize this event to help Jesse with his medical and living expenses. I hope you can join us for the event. It would mean a lot to us, but the world to Jesse.

A donation of $75 will give you a Bracelet entitling you to Open Bar!
