Presented by Paul Rodrigue, MA, LMFT
Pressures within our jobs and relationships can result in excessive focus on others and eventually lead to compassion fatigue. Early childhood difficulties such as trauma, abuse, and neglect can also result in negative views of ourselves. The development of self-compassion
can be a wonderful tool towards self-care and increased self-esteem. In this workshop we will review some of the fundamental aspects of self-compassion and practice some exercises to promote a more positive self-view.
This free community workshop will be held at the Brattleboro Retreat in the Education Conference Center (located in the Administration Building).
Alternate date in case of inclement weather: Tuesday, Feb 23.
