Invite your friends and join us on Good Friday to help remind us of the pain and suffering Jesus experienced when He laid down His life in an act of sacrificial love for us.
You'll hear a story from one of our leaders on how this sacrificial love changed her life... so come, ask questions, and get
We will then warmup and get our WOD on together. The WOD's will use functional movements suitable for all levels. The specific Good Friday workout will have movements that are a *representation* of the lashings he received by a whip with shards of bone and metal that ripped his back, it will be symbolic of him carrying his own crossbar to his execution site as he took the weight of our sin upon himself, and it will signify him conquering death by rising again.

- Don't CrossFit?
No problem! The workout will have elements for all levels. No prior CrossFit experience necessary.
- Don't go to church?
No problem! Folks of all (or no) faith backgrounds are welcome!
- Have friends?
Bring them with you! All are welcome! Please RSVP so we have a bit of a heads up to plan accordingly.
