On Wedneday, February 3rd from 8-9pm experienced
program coaches and mentors will be standing by to answer all your questions about the spring Learn to Run 5K, 2pt0, 3pt0, WalkFIT 5K and WalkFIT Intermediate programs.
These programs are perfect for beginners and those new to exercise and also those who can run or walk 3-5 miles. We have a place for everyone. Workouts are done in a fun social group atmosphere with encourage Coaches and Mentors.
