Are you ready to develop a closer relationship with your breath? Soulful Breathwork, similar to other breathing and meditation styles, is a potent avenue of healing that involves releasing trauma from the body to find a new place of peace within your own body. We will use the sacred breath to heal ourselves.
The practice is roughly an hour long done in savasana, or corpse pose, with an info session before and after. No experience in breathwork or yoga necessary. Come as you are!
