The highlight of this tour is riding through the tough roads and High Mountain passes on your bike. Experience Ladakhi culture, a visit to Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable pass in the world along with visit to Pangong Tso, one of the most famous and breathtaking lakes in the world.
We saw the “land far far away”, of all the childhood stories and travel tales, when we travelled to the Zanskar valley. The beauty of the Zanskar landscapes changed our definition of beautiful. Padum, named after Padmasambhava (known as the second Buddha) is the only town in Zanskar and one of the two main capitals of the erstwhile Zanskar Kingdom.

SCHEDULE OF THE CAMP
Day 1: Arrive at Delhi- Proceed to Manali
Arrival at Delhi R.K.Aashram Metro station before 16:00, board volvo for Manali, overnight journey. (Participants with own Bikes will travel till Mandi to get Hold of Bikes & ride till Manali which is 100 kms & Participants with Rented Bikes will Drop at Manali)
Day 2: Manali
On arrival at Manali, check-in to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. After breakfast, We meet us with backup vehicle at our hotel. Backup vehicle will be pick up truck. Get hold of Bikes (For Rented), test drive/ Local sightseeing, Dinner & Overnight stay at Manali
Day 3: Manali - Keylong (125Km) / Jispa (150Km)
Early morning departure for Keylong/Jispa via Rohtang pass Depending upon the weather condition we will ride till Keylong or Jispa
Day 4: Keylong/Jispa to Sarchu (90Km)
We will start our journey little bit late, acclimatizing in the altitude of Keylong/Jispa. We would then proceed to Sarchu via Baralacha La. Sarchu is at such altitude where altitude is not fatal but its not easy to cope up. Everyone experiences bit of headache or nausia. Its best to eat modestly and practice pranayam.
Day 5: Sarchu - Leh (250km 6.5hrs)
Its a long run for the day but in most of the part, roads are very good so its easy to cover the distance. The journey from Sarchu to Leh is tough and adds up to the real adventure.
Day 6: Leh: Day at Leisure/ Maintenance
The morning is at leisure for rest & acclimatization after the long journey. Maintenance of bikes, Afternoon visit Shanti Stupa. Overnight at Leh Hotel.
Day 7: Leh - Khardungla top - Nubra Valley (160 km 5hrs)
Khardung La is 18000+ Motorable pass. Driving this pass is tougher than the world highest pass as the gradient is tougher. Roads except near pass are in much better condition than what we encounter daily around our home town.
Day 8: Nubra Valley - Pangong (274km 8hrs)
Ride from Nubra to Pangong Tso. We stay right next to Pangong Lake.
Day 9: Pangong - Leh (225km 5.5hrs)
Enjoy scenic view of sun rise at Pangong, After Breakfast proceed back to Leh, reach Leh in the Late Afternoon, Dinner & overnight stay at Leh
Day 10: Leh - Kargil (217km 4.5hrs)
After Breakfast We start our return journey towards Kargil. We visit Lamayuru the oldest monastery in Ladakh and Mulbek, the rock carved Buddha statue on the way. Overnight at Kargil.
Day 11: Kargil - Padum (230km 5hrs)
Padum is the headquarters of Zanskar valley and is at a distance of approximately 250 kms from Kargil. Padum has a small monastery and there are numerous rock engraved Buddhist images dating from 10th century. Monument in padum has a set of prehistoric rock statue near the riverbank.
Day 12: Padum - Kargil (230km 5hrs)
Start return journey to Kargil. you will ride by the beautiful Suru Valley which is really a sight for sore eyes. Suru river runs right through this valley and keeps it surprisingly green and fertile even at an altitude of above 3000 meters.
Day 13: Kargil - Srinagar (202km 5.5hrs)
Local site seeing and Bike deposit - Participants with rented bikes will handover their bikes at Srinagar by 4pm & for own bikes we will transfer your vehicle from Srinagar only.
Day 14: Departure
After breakfast proceed for your onward journey from Srinagar Airport.
