Celebrate Mother Nature in this special Earth Day Cooking workshop. In this drop-off class, kids will cook seasonal dishes as they explore what parts of plants and vegetables are edible, how to cook with imperfect produce, and reducing waste. Younger students will learn cooking fundamentals such as basic
knife skills, reading recipes and kitchen safety. Older students will practice basic cooking skills and learn more complex techniques to help build confidence in the kitchen. Class size is limited. Sign up to reserve your spot.
