We are participating in a studio wide clean eating initiative! We all have differnet personal goals, thus the foods we are elimiating differ. However, we need support! This page will be our place to gather, share recipes and encourage each other. Feel free to invite others to join.

of foods to eliminate from your diet, but honor your personal intentions while deciding your goals.
Clean Eating Suggestions:
Added Sugar! (this is a big one)
All Simple Carbohydrates
Added Salt (also a BIG one)
Processed foods (including deli meat, cereal, etc)
White Stuff (bread, rice, potatoes)
Alcohol (we've all roughly agreed to only allowing alcohol Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
