Bohemian Baby Consignment Sale Information
Consignor Perks: Being a consignor means getting to shop the sale 1 hr before the general public on the first day and ½ price day.

Material Needed for Tagging:
3 x 5 index cards
safety Pins (no straight pins or tiny gold pins allowed)
Red Marker: if not discounting
Clear Packing Tape
Place clothing on hangers with the hook turned left.
All items should be secured on hangers using safety pins.
Make sure clothes are clean and in good conditions.
Use only 3 x 5 index card
When tagging diapers be sure NOT to put the safety pin through the PUL as this will damage the diapers.
Each tag must be complete with your consignor #, size, price, and description (red dot if no discounts). See card below
Tagging Maternity Items: Season Appropriate
Use only 3 x 5 index card
Place the card in the upper right side of the garment.
When tagging any item in box, or bag use clear packing tape to affix the index card to the item.
Each tag must be complete with your consignor #, size, price, and description (red dot if no discounts).
A good way to gage a price for you item is to figure 30% of what you originally paid. The conditions of the item will raise or lower the price.
Place a red dot next to the price if you DO NOT want this item to be discounted during the ½ price sale on Sunday.
What Can You Consign?
All cloth diapers, cover, and prefolds
All cloth wipes
Cloth diaper accessories: wet bags, pail liners, disposable inserts, cloth inserts, sprayer, and other cloth diaper related items.
Baby Carriers: ring slings, Soft Structured, Wraps, Pods, Mei Tei and other ergonomic carriers.
Items we will not accept:
Diapers with holes and delaminated PUL
Diapers with unusual staining (juice, marker) normal staining is acceptable.
Clothing with stains, holes or broken zippers
Out of date clothing
Please inspect your items closely before bringing them in to sell.
We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards
Picking up Your Unsold Items:
Pick up will be the following Tuesday - Saturday 10am – 7pm. Any items not picked up by 7pm on Saturday will be donated to local charities. DO NOT call on Monday. No items will be available until Tuesday.
If you wish to donate your items and have a check or gift card mailed to you, please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope at drop off. A $2.50 handling fee will be deducted from your sales for this option.
Drop off will be the Turesday, Wednesday and Thursday before the sale 10am – 7pm.

Check in will be at the register in the front of the store.
Please allow 10-15 min for check-in.
Fill out the registration form
Your participation fee of $5 will be deducted from your final earnings.
You will need to make sure you check which payout you would like to receive, 60% cash, or 80% store credit.
You will need to know how many items are being dropped off. Please count them before you register. Our staff will also count your items and sign off on your registration form.
We will do a quick inspection when counting your items.
Make sure you get your ticket to shop the first day, and ½ price day early.
