The Chef's Table monthly dinner theme for January is Bringing the Beach to Bartow, a celebration of seafood. Online reservations in advance required, link follows.
Bringing the Beach to Bartow MENU will include:
- Oysters Mitchell: Baked oysters with parmesan, absinthe and bacon. Sparkling Cocktail:
Domaine d'Orfeuilles Vouvray Brut from France.
- Coquilles St. Jacques: Scallops in Cream Sauce, served with a glass of Domaine d'Orfeuilles Vouvray Dry from France.
- Parmesan Encrusted Baked Fish on Fennel Slaw with a Shrimp and Grit Cake. Served with a glass of Trillon Verdejo from Spain.
- Jelly Fish Sandy with coffee
