Take Me Out to the BallGame!!
It’s that time of year again, the start of High School Baseball. There are several great high school teams in Baldwin County Alabama. I will be following the Robertsdale High School Bears, and I hope that you follow me on this journey. It’s sure to be a great one!
is located in Baldwin County Alabama. It is a relatively small city right in the middle of Baldwin County frequently called the Hub City or the Hub. We are a close net community where you will run into at least 5 or more people that you know , and I am talking about like you have ate dinner aka supper with them at least 100 times in your life kinda know, only a daily basis. We support our high school and our small piece of paradise with everything we got. Locals show up for games no matter win, loose or draw.
Now that you know a little about the city, on to the Bears. They are a relatively young team this year with 8 returning players, and other players moving up from the JV rooster. With our Head Coach Peter Bezeredi being in his 4th year as Head Coach and Assistant Coach Luke Carnley and Assistant Coach Josh Baxter joining the Varsity Coaching staff this year. It looks to be a great year of growth and opportunity for the Bears.
The Bears first game is February 19th at 6pm at Kevin Raley field in Robertsdale, Al against the Alma Bryant Hurricanes. It looks to be a very exciting game. Please come and join us for this great tradition of supporting your local community and the young people that help make it. Not to mention Robertsdale has one of the best concession stands around with the friendliest people you will ever meet.
Can I get a Go Bears!!
