Come join our highly skilled team of Crossfit Endurance Coaches for a 2-Day CrossFit Endurance Trainer Course. We will cover the most current research and information on efficient running skill, smart programming, injury prevention,
nutrition and hydration, and plain old sexy speed and performance.
If you hate running, we can't promise that we will make you fall in love with it but we can promise you will come away with a newfound appreciation and awareness of an untapped capacity to become the runner you never thought you could be.
If you love running but are injured, plateaued, or just looking to reinvigorate your love of the sport come check us out. Training for an endurance event should not have to take over your life. We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while emphasizing skill and intensity.

This course is highly recommended for any and all Coaches and especially athletes that want to improve their economy. Crossfit Coaches receive 14 credits of the necessary 50 CrossFit CPD credits to maintain your CrossFit Level 1 Coach status.

Arrive at 7:30 a.m. on Day 1 to check in.
None. You do NOT have to have a CrossFit Level 1 or any other previous certifications in order to attend.

Seminar Guide (sent with course confirmation emails) with pen/pencil.
Wristwatch with a stopwatch function and metronome if you have one.
Suitable clothes for working out.
Snacks and fluids, as well as a meal if you do not plan on going off site during the lunch break.
To receive a Trainer or Attendance Certificate one must attend and participate in all parts of the Endurance Trainer Course.
CrossFit Endurance Trainer Certificate: one must hold a valid and current CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate (or a CF-L3)
Certificate of Attendance: If you are not a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. If you attend CrossFit Level 1 Seminar AFTER the CFE Seminar you can retroactively upgrade your Certifcate to Trainer by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Certificates emailed at completion of course by CrossFit HQ.
