There is nothing like a bowl of homemade soup or chili on a cold winter night. You can preserve jars of soup, stew, and chili to have ready to go in your pantry. You will learn how to use a pressure canner and why you should. And you will take home recipes and jars of product prepared in class. All classes

are geared to the beginning or returning canner interested in up-to-date and safe canning methods for food preservation using a pressure canner.
