Bonobo

Bonobo's rise has been stealthy but unstoppable, and Si Green, the man behind it all, is now one of the biggest electronic artists of our time. 2017’s Migration album was his biggest yet, achieving a Top 5 position in the UK and nominated for Best Dance/Electronic album at The Grammy’s, cementing his

breakthrough in America.

Green has placed the unstable, the heartbreaking, the often beautiful migratory life at the core of how he understands humanity, and hence how he understands music. Migration is to him, “the study of people and spaces,” he expands, “It’s interesting how one person will take an influence from one part of the world and move with that influence and effect another part of the world. Over time, the identities of places evolve.” It’s also true that the person will be changed. Green’s newest work is itself a statement of this change and growth.

Performing with a live band for his Festival show, the the Bonobo story continues and you can bet on it containing as much excitement and constant exploration as everything he's done up until now.
