Each class will start with a guided breathing practice, to help settle us in before we begin the physical aspect of the class. We will flow through a series of standing and seated postures, breaking them down as we go, and offering plenty of options to suit every range of ability.
Finally, the class
will end with the chance to snuggle under a warm blanket, put on a lavender scented eye mask and lay back in a well-earned guided relaxation.
