Beginners Ashtanga Yoga

This guided class is an introduction to Ashtanga Yoga - a dynamic style of yoga that develops strength, flexibility, balance, stamina and clarity of mind.

The class will start with a short mediation followed by our main practice focusing on increasing body awareness through safe controlled movement

and effective breathing. We will finish with a sequence of cooling postures and relaxation.
