The public is invited to join the Southwest Environmental Center on an outing, "Close look at Burrowing Owls". The May 5th outing is part of the Southwest Environmental Center’s Spring 2018 Back by Noon Series. We’ll be meeting at 7:00 am.
Join urban wildlife biologist Lois Balin on a short walking
tour at the Rio Bosque Park in El Paso. She’ll tell us about the lives of burrowing owls and show us an artificial nest site project. If we’re lucky, we’ll see hatchling burrowing owls! RATING: Easy. (Hike #43 in SWEC’s hiking guide.)
Advanced reservations are required. Space is limited. For more information and to register, please contact (575) 522-5552 or firstname.lastname@example.org
