Aubrey Hirsch Reading

Aubrey Hirsch will be reading fiction from her latest collection of short stories, "Why We Never Talk About Sugar". She has also published a chapbook, "This Will Be His Legacy". Her fiction and nonfiction has appeared widely both in print and online in journals like American Short Fiction, The Los Angeles

Review, and many others. She is a three-time Pushcart Prize nominee, she has been honored as the runner-up for the 2012 Micro Award and as a finalist in Glimmer Train's Fiction Open. She served as the Daehler Fellow in Creative Writing at The Colorado College in Colorado Springs from 2010 - 2012 and is now assistant professor of English at Georgia College.
