“I recently attended motive8’s Advanced Weight Training course and found it to be everything I was looking for. I found the mix of practical and theory to be spot on. Chris was a fantastic tutor and went above and beyond to make sure that any questions we had didn’t go unanswered. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their knowledge.”
