in ABUNDANCE we’ll use the 5Rhythms movement wheel

to explore the most taboo subject of all time: money. We’ll share, laugh, cry, dance, get energized and get connected like we always do in our practice.

Money is about survival, about sustaining this body, about nourishing ourselves and managing our own personal energy system.

Money affects every aspect of our lives, and yet we know very little about our personal relationship to it.

We all have unconscious money stories that keep us from opening our heart and mind; nearly half of the people who have taken this workshop said they had no clue they carried so much pain related to money.

As we better understand our money patterns and behaviours, we can release our money stories, heal our relationship to money, and begin to make new, healthier choices.
We’ll use the eight money archetypes (the innocent, the victim, the warrior, the martyr, the fool, the artist, the tyrant and the magician) to explore money magnetizing and abundance.

This workshop is a great step toward creating a new understanding for yourself and your community. A community built on self-awareness, knowledge and power instead of stress, fear, mistrust or dependence.

We sweat our prayers, so let’s also sweat our shadowy money stories.

See you on the dance floor!

No previous experience is required to participate in this transformative workshop.
