小小味蕾天然乳酪品嚐課 A Children’s Introduction to Artisan Cheese

小小味蕾天然乳酪品嚐課是針對5-8歲小朋友設計的入門課程,小班制,透過講師的示範、生動解說及帶動,讓幼兒及學齡兒童參與及了解:天然起司從生乳到乳酪的過程,透過實際感官的觀察、碰觸及品嘗,讓小朋友描述出天然起司的味道、長相、香氣及觸感。了解世界各國的經典起司代表。課程包含起司盤佐以麵包及發酵奶油,最後附上牽絲起司現做的墨西哥起司烤餅。

The class

will introduce the children to a selection of artisan cheeses made with locally sourced raw milk. We will guide the children through different styles of cheese so they understand the variety that artisan cheese offers and how cheese is made through Ricotta demo. The class will consist of activities to help the children describe the sensory differences between cheeses: touch, taste, smell and look.
The class includes cheese plate consisting of 5-7 cheeses, bread and cultured butter, and a light lunch Quesadilla.
A “grown ups table” along with complimentary cheeseboard and light lunch is included.
