4 Week Introduction to Yoga Course with Breezy Osborne-Wingfield at Barefoot Studio

The 4 Week Intro to Yoga Course will break down the basics even more than a beginner session including asana practice (posture), pranayama (breathing),
and meditation. Open to all ages and a great refresher course for long-time practitioners.
****Pre-registration is required as space is limited and each person needs their own account to complete registration:
Upon completion, each student will receive 7 days of FREE yoga classes: Attend as many classes as you'd like during the seven days at no charge beginning the day AFTER the Intro Course ends.
*There will not be makeup classes if any Intro Course session is missed.
