The FIL is responsible for the governance and integrity of all forms of lacrosse and provides responsive and effective leadership to support the sports’ development throughout the world.
As many as 50 countries are expected to compete in the 2018 FIL World Lacrosse Championships, making next year's
World Event the largest of all-time. Team participation and match schedules are expected to be released in the coming months.
